COMPLIMENTARY GROUND SHIPPING
We are currently offering complimentary ground shipping on all orders over NT$1900 within Taiwan (main island only). International shipping is available only on request through our contact form.
SHIPPING METHOD
ML Labs does not guarantee order delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier processing delays. Within Taiwan, ML Labs will ship using Chunghwa Post, with payment upon delivery. An email will be sent to your designated email address upon confirmation of your order.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
Returns are processed via the website contact form, please include your name, order number, and reasons for return (returns are only accepted in the case of defects). The return request will be processed within 3 business days and a response email will be sent to our designated email address.
Please pack the item(s) to be returned, in the original package if possible, according to the instructions on the response email.
We currently do not accept exchanges.
